This is an opportunity for those who wish to grow within the field in a dynamic, collaborative environment offering professional development opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** The professional will be responsible for leading store operations, ensuring technical, commercial, and operational excellence, as well as compliance with current legal regulations. Main responsibilities include: * Ensuring store operational performance by monitoring activity execution, sales volume, and gross margin. * Developing and planning sales initiatives to attract the local community and ensure customer satisfaction. * Ensuring inventory security levels: physical stock counts, orders to distributors, and supervision of quality for received goods. * Strategically managing necessary inventory levels for operations. * Ensuring compliance with technical, operational, safety, and hygiene procedures. * Implementing corrective actions, delivering training sessions, and monitoring adherence to rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Representing the company technically before Health Surveillance Authorities and the Regional Pharmacy Council. * Managing store activities, planning initiatives, and guiding the team. * Ensuring compliance with customer service standards, injectable administration protocols, equipment usage, and internal procedures. * Overseeing building maintenance and facility preservation. * Performing cash register opening and closing: cash replenishment, withdrawals, reconciliations, and bank deposits. * Participating in company training, onboarding, and communication programs. * Conducting routine management meetings to guide the team on strategies and goals. * Developing and motivating the team, participating in hiring/termination processes, performance evaluations, and training. * Preparing work schedules to ensure a healthy and productive environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy; * Active Regional Pharmacy Council (CRF) registration; * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule. **Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail * Responsibility and commitment * Conflict management and collaborative attitude * Leadership and ability to motivate teams **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Pharmacy benefits * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Tuition assistance * Day off Rede Drogão Super has a solid and recognized trajectory in the pharmaceutical retail sector.
