**Job Mission** * Lead the workshop team, guiding and supporting the technical team regarding vehicle repairs, departmental and customer satisfaction goals, while aligning with our mission, vision, and values. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Lead service execution, ensuring quality, timeliness, and appropriate pricing. * Conduct vehicle inspections prior to delivery, validating technical compliance of repairs. * Provide technical guidance to the team, offering hands-on support and training; resolve complex technical issues, acting as the liaison between technicians and the manufacturer. * Ensure workshop organization, safety, cleanliness, and proper use of tools; control and maintain tooling and equipment in good condition and properly calibrated. * Communicate and reinforce with the team updates on Technical Instructions (ITs), Service Tips, and other manufacturer bulletins; monitor GM technical calls (CAT, Hotline, etc.) and ensure timely responses. * Manage the service schedule, daily appointments, and priorities; analyze and approve parts orders, adhering to deadlines and technical criteria. * Conduct monthly meetings focused on KPIs and improvements; monitor working hours bank, shift schedules, vacations, and recruitment processes; implement dismissals and corrective actions with supervisor oversight; ensure mandatory training courses are up to date for the team. * Manage the workshop yard: vehicle flow, adherence to GM processes, handling incidents with the supervisor, organizing warranty parts, and controlling workshop material usage to avoid waste. **Key Requirements** * Completed technical education; * Experience in people management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; **Our Benefits:** * Health insurance, dental insurance, meal allowance, life insurance, transportation allowance, pharmacy assistance, Wellhub (Gympass), MediQuo (telemedicine), payroll-deductible loans, Chevrolet product and service bonuses, SESC benefits (leisure, hospitality, nutrition, sports), and other partner programs.
