Job Summary: The professional will manage the fleet, control fuel consumption, monitor traffic fines and driver's licenses (CNH), conduct training sessions, and prepare technical reports for continuous improvement. Preparation of technical reports for continuous fleet improvement. **Date:** April 1, 2026 **Location:** UBERABA, MG, BR **Company:** Grupo Petrópolis **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitor truck load map processing and daily mileage system entries, aiming to control fleet movement and measure fuel consumption. * Monitor traffic fines and CNH point records of drivers on the Detran website, generate reports, inform the immediate supervisor, forward to Human Resources for necessary deductions, and additionally monitor driver work hours and provide required guidance. * Prepare and deliver training sessions for drivers and transportation staff covering topics such as practical tests, defensive driving, economical driving, best practices, and other subjects relevant to the role, aiming to enhance personnel qualifications, safety, and compliance with current legislation. * Prepare technical reports evaluating fleet performance, fuel consumption control, maintenance planning execution, and other indicators to enable continuous improvement actions as well as overall fleet control. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Processes, or related fields. * Proficiency in Excel. * SAP knowledge is a plus. * Experience in mapping, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives is a plus. * Must reside in Uberaba\-MG. **BENEFITS** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * Pharmacy Benefit Program * University Partnerships * Saber Viver Program * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Telemedicine * Profit Sharing * Pet Health Insurance (Guapeco) * Wellhub (Gympass) * Commuter Bus and On-site Meals.
