Clarification of inquiries and registration of electricity service requests Job Description We are looking for professionals to serve as Customer Relationship Representatives at CEMIG, providing direct customer support. The role involves inbound and/or in-person customer service, emphasizing excellence, courtesy, and promptness in clarifying inquiries, registering requests, handling negotiations, and providing guidance on electricity services. Responsibilities Provide customer service via telephone, in person, or through digital channels; Clarify inquiries regarding bills, consumption, power disconnection/reconnection, duplicate billing, and other CEMIG services; Record interactions in internal systems; Route requests to responsible departments when necessary; Meet quality targets, average handling time, and customer satisfaction goals. Requirements Completed high school education; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Basic computer literacy; Prior customer service experience is a plus.
