




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for managing meeting schedules, organizing business trips, supporting events, managing accounts and office supplies, and organizing daily routines. In this way, we produce high-value-added solid and liquid organomineral fertilizers, as well as biological inputs, in factories located at sugarcane ethanol plants. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage meeting schedules, including scheduling meetings, checking participant availability, reserving meeting rooms, and resolving related unforeseen issues. * Plan business travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations, preparing detailed itineraries, and handling financial matters such as reimbursements and payment receipts for executives and other employees. * Support executives during internal events by organizing materials, coffee breaks, and coordinating guests. * Manage the executive’s payable accounts, covering both professional and personal expenses. * Oversee office supply management, place orders for required materials, and ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained. * Plan and control daily routines, including managing the executive’s household operations. **PROFESSIONAL PROFILE** ***Requirements*** · Completed undergraduate degree in Executive Secretariat, Business Administration, or related fields; · Prior experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Administrative Assistant; · Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Calendar. · Driver’s License Category B ***Preferred Qualifications*** · Experience in industrial settings. · Intermediate English proficiency ***Individual Skills*** · Discipline, commitment, and proactivity; · Excellent written and verbal communication skills; · Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; · Agility in resolving calendar conflicts; · Solid knowledge of financial controls. · Numerical and calculation proficiency; · Logical reasoning; · Strong interpersonal skills; · Analytical mindset; · Good verbal and written communication; **Working Hours: 08:00 to 17:48** Employment Type: Full-time CLT contract Salary: R$3.000,00 - R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Experience: * Executive assistance (Mandatory) Language: * English (Preferred)
