As a **Welder**, your **main responsibilities** will include: * Inspecting parts to be welded according to the maintenance plan * Marking and cutting parts using oxy-cutting equipment or angle grinders * Applying pre\-heating to the material to be welded and post\-heating to welded joints • Properly adjusting gas pressure, preparing electrodes, and setting cutting speed * Fabricating small boiler components We seek candidates with the following **competencies**: * Knowledge of coated electrode alloys * Knowledge of materials to be used (titanium, duplex, carbon steel, and stainless steel) * Knowledge of root opening, stress relief, and bevel angle * Knowledge of welding consumable types * Knowledge of manual metal arc welding (MMA) with coated electrodes—including amperage adjustment—as well as oxy-fuel welding and TIG welding We expect the following **qualifications**: * Minimum completed elementary education and a welding course. The following experiences or skills are desirable but not mandatory: * Experience: Electric welding * Industry experience: Experience in the industrial sector.
