Job Summary: This position aims to ensure warehouse organization, the integrity of stored items, and the reliability of recorded information, supporting the Warehouse Keeper in daily routines. Ensure the integrity and availability of stored items. **Job Mission** Support the Warehouse Keeper in ensuring proper receipt, inspection, storage, control, and distribution of company materials, equipment, PPE, and supplies, thereby guaranteeing warehouse organization, integrity of stored items, and reliability of system-recorded information. Perform inventory control, material handling, and internal logistics routines, safeguarding product preservation, ensuring accurate record updates, and providing equipment in full working condition, thus contributing to operational continuity, loss reduction, and resource optimization—all under the supervision of the Warehouse Keeper. Support departmental activities by aligning actions with the company’s mission, vision, and values, thereby strengthening operational efficiency and service quality for both internal and external demands. **Responsibilities** * Assist in receiving various materials using purchase orders and invoices, verifying received quantities, and submitting invoices to supervisors to confirm data consistency across respective documents. * Assist in storing received materials, arranging them appropriately to ensure rational and orderly storage while preventing deterioration and losses. * Assist in preserving stored materials by providing necessary conditions to avoid deterioration and losses. * Assist in inventory adjustments by accessing the computerized system and recording issued materials to ensure physical inventory matches system inventory. * Prepare lists of missing materials or those at minimum stock levels under the supervision of the immediate supervisor, preventing stockouts, fulfilling employee and customer requests, and enabling the supervisor to initiate procurement accordingly. * Load materials for field services as specified in delivery manifests—sorting devices and products, organizing and loading them onto trucks or vans—and unload them upon return to the warehouse, inspecting and placing devices for charging, always under the supervision and instruction of the immediate supervisor. * Deliver PPE, office supplies, and cleaning supplies by receiving requisitions via the W3 computerized system, verifying requested items, delivering them, and recording issuance in the system to meet company requirements and maintain system consistency—all under the supervision of the immediate supervisor. * Assist in inspecting, verifying, and cleaning equipment returned from field operations or workshop use, ensuring all items leave the warehouse in full working condition. Mandatory Requirements: High school diploma completed. Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. Desirable Requirements: Technical qualification in Logistics.
