We are seeking an analytical professional to perform technical validation of custom projects. The primary objective is to ensure millimeter-accurate alignment between the commercial design and factory execution. You will serve as the direct bridge between the client's vision and the technical feasibility of production. **Responsibilities** * Modularize and adapt third-party projects (by architects, designers, or clients) into the manufacturing system. * Conduct technical site visits for precise measurement and detailed technical survey of spaces. * Verify plumb lines, tiling layouts, hydraulic and electrical fixture locations on-site. * Analyze structural clearances and assess project compatibility with residential/commercial space constraints. * Identify structural interferences (beams, columns, baseboards) and propose engineering solutions. * Release final shop drawings error-free for factory production orders. **Mandatory Requirements** * Advanced proficiency in PROMOB software (essential for drawing transcription and adjustment). * Proven experience in on-site measurement verification within the custom or built-in furniture industry. * Fluent reading and interpretation of complex technical drawings and architectural floor plans. * Strong communication skills for direct interaction with clients, external architects, and installation teams. **Desirable Requirements** * Technical degree in Furniture, Interior Design, Construction, or related fields.
