Soft Skills: * Analytical and critical thinking: Ability to interpret data and propose strategic solutions. * Data-driven decision-making: Confidence to propose changes backed by technical evidence. * Clear and assertive communication: To influence stakeholders and lead negotiations. * Proactivity and strategic vision: Anticipate risks and opportunities. * Resilience and adaptability: Operate effectively in dynamic, high-pressure environments. * Leadership and influence: Prepared to assume a technical reference role and future leadership responsibilities.
