The Data and Risk Analyst must lead the analytical front of S\&OE for fertilizers, orchestrating performance analytics, master data management, and metric and dashboard definition. Responsibilities include consolidating the Data \& Analytics cell as a center of excellence connected to the innovation/technology hub; acting as a bridge between internal and external departments; evaluating and mitigating operational and strategic risks; ensuring technical quality (data, models, and code); and establishing data and process governance to reduce exposure to operational liabilities. * Performance analytics (operational, logistics, financial) * Metric and dashboard development (definition, backlog, validation) * Consolidation of the Data \& Analytics cell and integration with the innovation hub * Technical reviews and quality assurance (data, models, code) * Master data management and data quality * Liaison with internal/external departments (analytical requirements and solutions) * S\&OE data and process governance (policies and controls) * Operational and strategic risks (mitigation and contingency) What are we looking for? * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related fields; * Experience in S\&OP/S\&OE, planning/control, D\&A, and MDM; technical leadership and cross-functional influence. * Advanced Excel; * Power BI (modeling/DAX) and SQL; * Familiarity with Python/R for validation/QA; * ERP experience (e.g., SAP MM/SD); * Data governance and metric design expertise. * Knowledge of the fertilizer lifecycle (seasonality, logistics, product mix, margins), supply/service KPIs, feasibility, and scenario analysis.
