The reception plays an essential role in the customer experience and in supporting internal routines at the House. We are seeking a professional who provides warm, welcoming service, ensuring organization, agility, and attention to detail in all interactions with internal and external customers. The role involves in-person and telephone reception, administrative support, organizing the House’s infrastructure, and providing direct support to various departments. We value people who share our values, are proactive, eager to learn, and wish to build a growth trajectory with us. **Responsibilities and duties** * Greet customers, visitors, and contractors, providing in-person and telephone service and directing them to the responsible departments. * Serve water and coffee to visitors, ensuring warm, welcoming service. * Monitor the flow of people, mail, documents, and incoming materials, ensuring correct routing. * Organize and manage meeting rooms, as well as maintain the reception area and common spaces in good condition. * Handle scheduling, assist customers with basic inquiries or guidance on processes. * Manage inventory of supplies (office, cleaning, pantry) and support simple procurement activities. * Support the Commercial team and other departments in preparing documents, scanning, spreadsheet updates, and other tasks. * Assist in organizing House materials, key control, and logistics for small internal events. * Carry out general administrative tasks as required by departments. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education * Experience with Microsoft Office suite * Strong communication skills **The moment to look toward the new.
