All our job openings are open to people with disabilities (PwD). **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop and monitor the annual schedule for the implementation and renewal of the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA); * Prepare for and conduct the CIPA election; * Assess workplace environmental conditions and issue technical opinions to support safe planning and organization of work for employees; * Keep employers and employees informed about unhealthy, hazardous, and arduous activities present in the company, as well as measures and alternatives for eliminating or neutralizing them; * Monitor services provided by occupational medicine and safety service providers; * Communicate CIPA renewal results to the company, the Regional Labor Office, and the relevant labor union through official minutes, complying with regulations from the Ministry of Labor and other competent authorities; * Prepare lectures, events, and activities related to SIPAT (Internal Week for Accident Prevention); * Develop the PPRA (Program for the Prevention of Environmental Risks); * File the Work Accident Report (CAT), investigating accident causes and conditions; * Monitor medical expert evaluations; * Prepare risk maps identifying hazards present in workplaces and classifying them as chemical, physical, or biological; * Respond to inspections conducted by the Ministry of Labor, addressing procedures and compliance with occupational safety technical standards (NRs), providing relevant documentation and explaining adopted safety programs; * Deliver and monitor the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE); * Work in operational areas (production, logistics, maintenance, construction); * Experience as an assistant, operator, helper, or in any role within environments involving occupational hazards. * Experience in areas such as reception at high-risk companies, administrative roles at occupational health and safety consulting firms, technical support, warehouse operations, etc. **Requirements and qualifications** * Technical degree in Occupational Safety with valid professional registration; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * First aid skills; * Knowledge of Ministry of Labor regulations; * Basic knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs), especially NR-1, NR-5, NR-6, NR-9, NR-10, and NR-35; * Clear communication in the resume (objective, description of experience).
