Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and contribute to continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform preventive, predictive, and scheduled inspections on industrial mechanical equipment using appropriate measuring instruments. Carry out emergency corrective maintenance autonomously or upon request to avoid production stoppages. Conduct tests and commissioning of new or repaired equipment and identify opportunities for improvement; * Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS) — covering Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety — as well as 5S, and contribute to continuous improvement programs; * Organize and store materials according to established standards, optimizing space and accessibility; * Maintain clean and organized work environments; participate in training and routine activities focused on safety and organization; * Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures to prevent accidents; * Perform maintenance tasks on machines and equipment within production processes or workshops, under the necessary supervision of the mechanical maintenance team; * Log maintenance reports in the system for deviations identified in the industrial area; identify and propose/implement solutions to reduce waste of spare parts and maintenance supplies; * Conduct activities in accordance with the “Sowing Talent” program. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of the role and/or related areas; * Completed High School education; * Technical course in Electronics and/or Mechanics (up to 3 years after graduation); * Must reside in Uberaba, MG. **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it is**.
