Job Summary: Professional responsible for negotiating and contracting drivers, planning routes, monitoring transportation operations, and ensuring documentation and tax compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Transport documentation and tax compliance management **Responsibilities**: * Negotiate and contract independent drivers and transport companies, * Schedule pickups and deliveries, * Plan and define strategic routes, * Continuously monitor transport companies and independent drivers, * Verify and validate transport documents (CTe, MDF, endorsements, etc.), * Control and schedule freight payments, * Formalize seasonal contracts and termination agreements, * Ensure tax and documentation compliance (CTe, MDFe, invoices, endorsements). **Requirements**: * Completed high school education; higher education in Logistics or Administration preferred, * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, * Prior experience in this role. **Compensation**: * Salary range: R$3000.00 to R$3600.00 * Meal allowance: R$150.00 on average * On-site meals (no deductions) * Fuel allowance: R$350.00 or transportation voucher * Dental plan with Uniodonto * Health insurance with Unimed (after probation period) * Life insurance * Tangará Club membership (after probation period) **Working Hours**: 7:00 AM to 5:18 PM, Monday to Friday.
