We are seeking an analytical, strategic professional with broad financial vision to work as Controller, leading the finance and controller areas and ensuring the company’s economic and financial health. You will be responsible for structuring and monitoring the budget, preparing the management income statement (DRE), controlling costs and margins, auditing financial processes, and working closely with executive management on strategic decision-making. We seek someone with technical leadership profile, results orientation, and the ability to translate numbers into actions that drive sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the finance area, covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and cash flow; * Prepare and analyze the management income statement (DRE) and other financial statements; * Conduct budgetary control, performance tracking, and forecasting; * Structure and review financial policies and procedures, ensuring governance and compliance; * Analyze costs, contracts, and margins, proposing profitability improvements; * Conduct financial audits of payroll, benefits, and provisions; * Interface directly with accounting and other company departments for closing and consolidating results. * Present key business indicators to Executive Management and collaborate with departments to break down high-level figures into micro-indicators. Minimum Requirements Requirements and Qualifications * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controller, Finance, or Business Management; * Proven experience in controller functions, DRE management, and cash flow management; * Experience in auditing, cost analysis, and corporate budgeting; * ERP knowledge and advanced Excel proficiency. Desirable * Experience in the labor outsourcing/facilities sector; * Experience in outsourced service companies, healthcare, logistics, or civil construction; * Participation in financial restructuring projects and implementation of performance indicators; * Experience in consolidating multiple units and cost centers.
