Through the Campo Limpo System, we ensure proper disposal of approximately 94% of primary plastic packaging and 80% of all packaging sold annually. **Join our team and help build a more sustainable future!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Operations**: * Supervise farmer deliveries and scheduling; * Organize operator tasks; * Supervise maintenance of operational equipment; * Supervise inventory levels and quality of operational supplies; * Organize and prioritize cargo removal; * Monitor performance of collection points and Regional Inspectors (RIs), where applicable. **Safety**: * Conduct and record Safety Dialogues; * Renew and implement actions outlined in the annual PPRA and PCMSO plans; * Supervise controls related to PPE delivery and cleaning; * Supervise correct use of PPE by central staff; * Schedule training on correct use and hygiene of PPE. **Administrative / Financial**: * Supervise data quality within management systems; * Be responsible for managing up to four receiving centers; * Approve expense control in the petty cash fund (“caixinha”); * Control fiscal document issuance; * Participate in regional meetings; * Organize PEA and DNCL activities; * Monitor renewals of licenses, permits, and IBAMA registrations; * Hire and terminate employees; * Issue formal warnings; * Supervise mandatory medical examinations: admission, termination, and periodic; * Schedule employee vacations; * Conduct performance evaluations; * Be responsible for accrediting resellers at the Central. **Quality**: * Organize internal and external audits; * Supervise Quality Records (RQs); * Train operators on operational procedures. **Budget**: * Develop the annual expense and revenue plan; * Develop the annual investment plan: renovations, expansions, and equipment; * Monitor and verify expenses, revenues, and investments monthly. **Technical Responsible**: * Technical responsibility for environmental license release; * Preparation of technical opinions required for environmental license release. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Completed Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Education: Production Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Business Administration, or similar. Knowledge: Administrative routines, Microsoft Office suite, ERPs (SIC, Totvs), and the agrochemical market.
