**Position: Tracking Assistant** **Shift schedule: 12x36**, during the following hours: * **06:00 to 18:00**, with a 1-hour lunch break; * **18:00 to 06:00**, with a 1-hour dinner break. 2 daytime positions / 2 nighttime positions **Prerequisites:** * Completed high school education or currently enrolled in a higher education program in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. * Availability to work across different shifts (day and night), as per the ferryman’s shift schedule. * Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. * Proactive, helpful, and focused profile. * **Advantages:** * Prior knowledge of Risk Management; * Knowledge of logistics; * Residence in Várzea Grande Paulista/SP; **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and ensure cargo and driver safety through real-time tracking. * Respond to on-screen events and alerts, adhering to security procedures. * Provide support and assistance to drivers whenever necessary. * Contact public security agencies and rapid response teams in cases suspected of incidents. * Participate in training and refresher courses offered by the Risk Management department. * Apply critical thinking to identify potential deviations and prepare detailed reports. * Conduct telephone and WhatsApp communications with drivers. * Engage alternative carriers (Plan B) if direct contact with the driver cannot be established. * Adjust trips and provide segment support as needed. * Maintain continuous attention on monitoring screens. * Respond to emails and provide customer support regarding Risk Management-related requests. * Initiate escalation procedures; Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
