Occupational Safety Technician

Leadec Brasil is seeking an **Occupational Safety Technician** to join our team. We are looking for a professional committed to promoting occupational health and safety, acting preventively and in compliance with current legislation. Responsibilities: * Implement and monitor Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and procedures; * Monitor compliance with safety, environmental, and legal requirements; * Develop and monitor occupational health and safety programs; * Conduct safety inspections and audits at workstations; * Investigate accidents and incidents, proposing preventive actions; * Deliver safety training and guidance to employees and third parties; * Manage OHS documentation; * Monitor and supervise the use of personal protective equipment (PPE); * Support and collaborate with the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), including organizing the Annual Internal Prevention Week (SIPAT); * Authorize high-risk activities (working at heights, confined space entry, and hot work). * Perform cost and loss analysis based on accident and incident statistics. Requirements: * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety; * Certification in NRs 10, 33, and 35\. * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Prior experience in this role is a plus.
