If this profile resonates with you and you wish to be part of an excellence- and results-oriented team, apply now and build a promising future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide administrative and operational support for the Communications Department of the concessionaire, contributing to the implementation of internal, external, and institutional communication activities, ensuring adherence to image standards, transparency, and relationships with internal stakeholders, highway users, and other interested parties. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the drafting, review, and dissemination of internal announcements, educational campaigns, and institutional information related to highway operations; * Assist in updating bulletin boards, notice boards, intranet, and other internal communication channels; * Support the organization and follow-up of events, awareness campaigns, and social initiatives conducted in communities adjacent to the highway; * Manage and record communication requests, budgets, material orders, and supplier and service provider tracking within the department; * Support the collection and organization of information and data for communication reports, performance indicators, and accountability reporting to the concessionaire and regulatory agencies (e.g., ANTT, DER, ARTESP, etc.); * Contribute to the management of promotional materials, uniforms, and institutional giveaways, ensuring proper use of the brand and visual identity; * Assist in updating content across digital channels (website, social media, newsletters, etc.), per guidance from the communications team; * Maintain organized and up-to-date archives, photographic records, and image libraries; * Provide general administrative support to the department (invoice entries, payment tracking, requisitions, spreadsheets, and reports). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Completed high school (higher education in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred, currently enrolled). **Desired Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Strong writing and written communication skills; * Familiarity with institutional communication, internal marketing, and public service. **Additional Information** On-site work in Uberaba/MG; Administrative working hours (or as per company policy). **Benefits:** Meal Allowance or Food Voucher; Health Insurance (Unimed State Plan); Life Insurance; Wellhub (Gympass); Transportation Voucher. **In our selection processes, all individuals are welcome. For the Way-262 concession, Way Brasil partners with investment manager Kinea. **Way-306** Concessionária da Rodovia MS-306 S.A. is responsible for managing the entire length of MS-306, from kilometer zero at the Mato Grosso do Sul / Mato Grosso border to kilometer 218.1 at its intersection with BR-158 in Cassilândia (MS), incorporating 1.4 kilometers of BR-359 from kilometer zero to the Mato Grosso do Sul / Goiás border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia, all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way-112** Concessionária das Rodovias do Leste MS S.A. manages the MS-112 highway concession and segments of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 extends 200.5 kilometers from its intersection with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its intersection with the same federal highway in Cassilândia. The BR-158 segment under concession runs from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its intersection with MS-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 segment spans 18.10 kilometers, from its intersection with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** Concessionária da Rodovia BR 262 MG S.A. manages the BR-262 highway concession in Minas Gerais State, covering the stretch from kilometer 360+100 — at its intersection with BR-381 in Betim — to kilometer 799 — at its intersection with BR-050 in Uberaba — totaling 438.9 kilometers. This concessioned stretch lies within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, traversing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
