Job Summary: We are seeking a Receptionist to provide customer service and support to passengers in an airport VIP lounge, organizing information and coordinating daily tasks with clarity and discretion. We are looking for a **Receptionist** for our unit located inside the **Tancredo Neves International Airport**, **Confins/MG**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Greet and provide support services to domestic and international passengers. * Provide access information. * Observe internal security protocols, verifying documents and client eligibility. * Assess passenger needs during their stay in our facility. * Organize information and plan daily tasks. * Coordinate personal workload and respond to requests from external and internal visitors. * Understand activities carried out by different departments and appropriately route requests from external and internal visitors. * Communicate clearly and discreetly. * Be attentive and courteous. * Be proactive and collaborative. * Comply with instructions from immediate supervisors and report any anomalies occurring in the work environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education. * Strong communication skills. * Experience in customer service. * Prior experience in hotel or airport reception is desirable. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Advanced or at least intermediate English proficiency. * Intermediate Spanish proficiency (desirable). **Additional Information** * **Work Schedule:** 12 hours on / 36 hours off * **Working Hours:** From 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM **We Offer:** * Meal Voucher * Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher or Fuel Voucher * Dental Plan * Gym membership agreement \- Gympass * Birthday day off \- Day Off
