Since then, we have specialized in the trading and distribution of low-, medium-, and high-voltage electrical materials, as well as general lighting. **Job Description** * Ensure an exceptional in-store customer service experience for electrical materials customers, delivering efficient, courteous, and prompt service at the point of payment. * Contribute to the effectiveness and smoothness of financial transactions, ensuring customers leave satisfied and confident in their relationship with our company. * Manage cash operations with accuracy, responsibility, and integrity, supporting store success and maintaining high standards of customer service. * Greet customers courteously and efficiently, and provide product, pricing, and promotional information upon request. * Accurately calculate the total purchase amount and accept payments according to the store’s accepted methods (cash, cards, checks, etc.). * Issue invoices and payment receipts when required, ensuring compliance with tax legislation. * Maintain sufficient change in the cash register. Count and verify cash at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure accuracy. * Record sold items to maintain precise inventory control. * Collaborate with the sales and management teams to identify out-of-stock items and replenish them as needed. * Verify the authenticity of banknotes and coins to prevent fraud. Ensure prices are correct and aligned with sales records. * Strictly adhere to the company’s established financial security policies and procedures. Report any discrepancies or issues with the cash register to management. * Process product returns and exchanges in accordance with store policy. * Assist customers in understanding the return process. * Keep the cashier counter clean and organized. * Collaborate with the team to continuously improve customer service and cash operation efficiency. * Comply with all laws and regulations related to handling cash, invoices, and financial transactions. * Participate in training and development programs to enhance cashier skills and product knowledge. **Familiarity with the Sankhya system is a plus.** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
