If this profile resonates with you and you wish to be part of an excellence- and results-driven team, apply now and build a promising future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Strategically plan, coordinate, and control engineering projects, construction works, and services related to the highway concession, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, scope, quality, and contractual and regulatory obligations, acting as the technical reference for the Engineering Planning area. **Main Activities:** * Develop, review, and consolidate strategic, tactical, and operational planning for highway construction, maintenance, and preservation; * Coordinate and validate physical-financial schedules for engineering contracts, ensuring technical consistency and alignment with the concession agreement; * Conduct advanced performance analyses to identify risks, deviations, and opportunities for optimizing timelines, costs, and resources; * Actively manage engineering and planning risks associated with the concession; * Support the preparation and monitoring of annual and multi-year planning (CAPEX and OPEX); * Consolidate and validate information for technical and managerial reports destined for senior management, audits, and regulatory agencies (e.g., ANTT, ARTESP, or state-level agencies); * Serve as the technical interface with regulatory agencies, inspections, and external audits; * Support contract management, amendments, economic-financial rebalancing, and claims from a planning perspective; * Define, monitor, and enhance engineering performance indicators (KPIs); * Contribute to standardizing planning processes, methodologies, and tools; * Guide and provide technical support to Analysts Levels I and II, promoting team development. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; Postgraduate degree or specialization in Planning, Project Management, Infrastructure, or related areas (preferred); Proven experience in infrastructure project planning and control, preferably within highway concessions or long-term contracts; Advanced physical-financial planning and control; Development and critical analysis of schedules (MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar); Cost management, measurements, productivity, and risk analysis; Interpretation of concession, construction, and maintenance contracts; Preparation of executive and technical reports; Advanced Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); Prior experience serving as a technical reference in concession planning; Experience working with regulatory agencies and audits; Knowledge of economic-financial rebalancing and claims. **Additional Information** On-site work will be conducted in Uberaba/MG; Working hours follow administrative schedule (or as per company policy). **Benefits:** Meal Allowance or Food Voucher; Health Insurance; Life Insurance; Wellhub (Gympass); Transportation Voucher. **In our selection processes, all individuals are welcome. For the Way-262 concession, Way Brasil partners with the investment manager Kinea. **Way-306** The MS-306 Highway Concessionaire S.A. is responsible for managing the entire length of the MS-306 highway, from km 0 at the Mato Grosso do Sul / Mato Grosso border to km 218.1 at its junction with BR-158 in Cassilândia (MS), and includes 1.4 kilometers of BR-359, from km 0 to the Mato Grosso do Sul / Goiás border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia, all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way-112** The Eastern Mato Grosso do Sul Highways Concessionaire S.A. manages the MS-112 highway and segments of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. The MS-112 stretches 200.5 kilometers from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia. The BR-158 segment under concession extends from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 segment spans 18.10 kilometers from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** The BR 262 MG Highway Concessionaire S.A. manages the BR-262 highway concession, covering the stretch beginning at km 360+100 at its junction with BR-381 in Betim, extending to km 799 at its junction with BR-050 in Uberaba, totaling 438.9 kilometers. This concessioned stretch lies entirely within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, passing through twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
