




Job Summary: Responsible for receiving and inspecting materials, controlling inventory movement, and performing various administrative tasks in a hospital environment. Key Highlights: 1. Receive and inspect materials delivered to the warehouse, arrange their storage in compliance with technical specifications regarding temperature, humidity, stacking methods, and stacking limits; distribute materials according to computerized requisition requests, based on pre\-defined quotas per department; control daily material inflow and outflow through an information system; and inspect material expiration dates. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform general administrative tasks across various departments of the institution, including: administrative support, typing, issuance and completion of documents, forms, various controls, organization and updating of files; * Verify documentation and invoices, provide public service, receive and dispatch correspondence, invoices, and other items; * Receive and dispatch general correspondence, duly registered, to ensure proper tracking; * Answer telephone calls, provide various clarifications, and receive visitors seeking the department; * Distribute received correspondence to recipients or file them within the department; * Maintain the department’s file system properly updated and organized by subject, chronologically, or alphabetically to facilitate document retrieval upon request; * Arrange document reproduction (photocopying), message transmission via fax, e\-mail, postal mail, and other departmental services; * Type official letters, memoranda, letters, texts, etc., issued by the department, based on received drafts or existing templates; * Populate system databases with various data related to the department’s scope of work; * Control and prepare consumables requisitions and maintenance requisitions to meet departmental needs; * Perform other duties as required or at the supervisor’s discretion. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Computer literacy \- User level; * Prior experience in this role is desirable. **Additional Information** **Hiring Unit:** Logistics Warehouse \- Industrial Sector **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:12 AM to 4:48 PM **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Partnerships with SESC and TANGARÁ **Salary Range:** R$1\.500,00 to R$1\.600,00 **SPDM** \- Paulista Association for the Development of Medicine is a non\-profit civil association of philanthropic nature, recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility, respectively under Decrees No. 57\.925 dated 03/04/1966, No. 40\.103 dated 05/17/1962, and No. 8\.911 dated 07/30/1970. SPDM – Paulista Association for the Development of Medicine assumed management of Uberlândia Municipal Integrated Care Units (UAIs) on June 1, 2018, pursuing excellence in public healthcare and commitment to the principles of the Unified Health System.
