We are seeking an **Operations Manager** to join the **Agricultural Business** team at the **Junqueira Unit, Igarapava - SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL INCLUDE:** * Overseeing and ensuring execution of sugarcane harvesting and planting activities, as well as logistics feasibility, with quality and safety for supplier partners; * Performing activities related to the unit’s production process; * Performing activities related to operational safety and quality; * Supporting and improving supplier partners’ operational capacity structuring; * Ensuring delivery of results through performance indicator monitoring, deviation correction, process standardization and updating—with a focus on continuous improvement; * Prospecting areas and registering properties; * Managing supplier variety portfolios; * Cultivar and ELO negotiation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Technical education in agriculture or ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or related fields; **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application—completion of this form and additional data, if required. * HR Interview—a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview—a more technical conversation to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
