We are growing rapidly, which means our strategies are evolving quickly—thus, we are looking for skilled professionals focused on achieving results and professional success. **Responsibilities and duties** * Receive clients and visitors by identifying their needs, notifying the respective departments, obtaining authorization for entry, accommodating them, and directing them to the requested area, ensuring a pleasant experience with the company on a daily basis. * Answer phone calls, identify the purpose, forward calls to relevant departments, provide guidance, and clarify questions, aiming to ensure satisfactory service for those contacting the company on a daily basis. * Organize office supply inventory, maintaining minimum necessary levels to meet internal demands, receiving employee requests, and delivering materials appropriately to ensure smooth operations across departments on a daily basis. * Digitally register new employees by entering relevant data into both time-tracking and door access systems, ensuring proper registration and access permissions whenever required. * Manage delivery and mail services by organizing dispatch and receipt of general items, ensuring appropriate internal and external distribution on a daily basis. * Maintain a clean and organized reception area, taking care of the space to ensure cleanliness and uphold the company's image on a daily basis. * Execute service orders with transporters, notaries, postal services, and messengers (office boy), receiving department requests, activating third-party services, and monitoring each request from initiation to completion to meet internal demands on a daily basis. * Process billing for outsourced services with transporters, notaries, postal services, and messengers, verifying agreed amounts, allocating costs in the system, and forwarding to finance for payment processing whenever necessary. * Manage scheduling for corporate vehicle usage, making reservations and checking conditions upon pickup and return—including cleanliness, damages, fuel level, and others—to optimize vehicle use and preserve company assets on a daily basis. * Request and organize snacks for onboarding sessions and executive meetings, contacting suppliers, specifying quantities, dates, and times, verifying deliveries, costs, and setting up in the event room to ensure high-quality service whenever necessary. * Process travel expense reimbursements for executives, receiving expenditure reports and entering data into the system to enable proper payment processing by the finance department whenever necessary. * Support departments in booking air tickets and accommodation reservations by receiving requests, obtaining quotes, and evaluating the best cost-benefit options to meet internal travel needs whenever necessary. * Carry out activities in accordance with internal policies, legislation, and best practices, adhering to Compliance and Audit principles on a daily basis. * Comply with all Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards and procedures during task execution to ensure fulfillment of legal obligations on a daily basis. **Requirements and qualifications** * Pursuing a degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Excel proficiency; * SAP knowledge is a plus. **Additional information** Health insurance; Dental insurance; Life insurance; Gympass; Meal allowance; Profit sharing program (PPR) One of Brazil’s largest agricultural input platforms.
