Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to work in the planning, scheduling, control, and monitoring of maintenance activities, ensuring effective management of resources and deadlines. Contribute to the implementation of new optimization projects. **We are looking for someone to join our maintenance team, responsible for planning, scheduling, control, and monitoring of maintenance activities. This role ensures that resources, deadlines, and work orders are managed effectively, with focus on organizational structure and strategic execution of maintenance.** **Join us and make a difference!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Receive and create work orders, develop planning by assessing required resources for activity execution, and schedule services according to available time windows aligned during the weekly scheduling meeting. * Issue purchase requisitions for materials, tools, and equipment when necessary, tracking and controlling delivery deadlines to ensure spare parts availability in stock and prevent delays in maintenance service execution. * Monitor and track daily maintenance scheduling execution, maintaining records of all maintenance activities and minimizing possible time deviations between scheduled and actual work, as well as notifying the need for overtime following instructions from immediate leadership to meet the plan, and issuing service reports when required. * Develop scope of preventive maintenance services for general maintenance shutdowns, submitting service proposals to be outsourced to the Procurement & Contracts department, aiming to clearly define the scope of work to be performed and minimize discrepancies between budgeted and actual costs. * Supervise and monitor third-party contracted services to ensure correct execution per contract and compliance with service items defined in the scope. * Contribute to implementing new optimization projects for production processes through analysis of project documentation and adherence to current national and international standards, aiming to improve production processes and achieve new production targets. * Lead failure analysis processes (RCA), proposing corrective and preventive actions; * Develop and monitor maintenance plan indicators in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) SAP, following the maintenance strategy for each equipment based on the ABC criticality matrix, as well as reviewing the matrix annually and updating the equipment technical list when necessary; * Contribute to and support the development and revision of the unit’s MRO policies under their responsibility; * Schedule maintenance shutdowns (daily, weekly, and major shutdowns) guided by immediate leadership and the technical team; * Redundant with the indicators section; * Redundant with the activity monitoring section; * Monitor and analyze maintenance indicators for the unit under their responsibility, such as Technical Availability, Preventive Plan Adherence, Scheduling Adherence, among others applied to the area; * Redundant with the maintenance planning section; Participate in technical, production, and administrative meetings, presenting and analyzing suggestions to improve production and equipment performance quantitatively and qualitatively. * Be accountable for the quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under their responsibility, maintaining confidentiality regarding matters related to Cibra’s activities; * Know, apply, promote, and suggest practices oriented toward occupational safety and environmental and social responsibility, contributing to the adoption of best practices related to these topics; * Stay updated on technological advances relevant to their field of expertise to enhance professional capabilities and suggest continuous improvements to equipment and processes; * Support immediate supervisors on matters inherent to their area of expertise, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions to be adopted. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields. * Specialization in maintenance or engineering; * Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance; * Knowledge of planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project); * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and equipment manuals; * Knowledge of failure analysis and reliability techniques (FMEA, RCM, RCA); * Familiarity with technical standards and maintenance best practices (NR's, ISO 55000, etc.). * Intermediate knowledge of SAP PM; * Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** We are Cibra, one of Brazil’s largest and most innovative fertilizer companies.
