




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to perform planning, scheduling, control, and monitoring of maintenance activities, ensuring effective management of resources and timelines. This role ensures that resources, timelines, and work orders are managed effectively, with emphasis on organizational efficiency and strategic execution of maintenance.** **Join us and make a difference!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Receive and create work orders; develop plans by identifying required resources for activity execution; and schedule services according to available time windows aligned during the weekly scheduling meeting. * Issue purchase requisitions for materials, tools, and equipment as needed, tracking and controlling delivery timelines to ensure spare parts availability in stock and avoid delays in maintenance service execution. * Monitor and track daily maintenance scheduling execution, maintaining records of all maintenance activities and minimizing potential deviations between scheduled and actual service times; notify leadership promptly regarding the need for overtime, following immediate supervisor guidance to meet plan targets, and issue service reports when necessary. * Develop scopes of work for preventive maintenance during general maintenance shutdowns, submitting service proposals to the Procurement & Contracts department to clearly define contracted services and minimize discrepancies between budgeted and actual costs. * Supervise and monitor third-party contracted services to ensure correct execution per scope and compliance with specified service items. * Contribute to implementing new Production Process Optimization Projects by analyzing project documentation and adhering to applicable national and international standards, aiming to improve production processes and achieve new production targets. * Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes, proposing corrective and preventive actions; * Develop and monitor maintenance plan indicators within the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) SAP, following the maintenance strategy for each asset based on the ABC criticality matrix; annually review the criticality matrix and update technical equipment lists as needed. * Contribute to and support the development and revision of unit-level MRO policies under their responsibility. * Schedule maintenance shutdowns (daily, weekly, and major shutdowns) guided by immediate leadership and the technical team; * Redundant with the indicators section * Redundant with the activity monitoring section * Monitor and analyze unit-level maintenance indicators under their responsibility, such as Technical Availability, Preventive Plan Adherence, Scheduling Adherence, and other applicable metrics. * Redundant with the maintenance planning section; Participate in technical, production, and administrative meetings, presenting and analyzing suggestions to improve production and equipment performance quantitatively and qualitatively. * Be accountable for the quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under their responsibility, maintaining confidentiality regarding Cibra-related matters; * Know, apply, promote, and suggest practices oriented toward occupational safety and environmental and social responsibility, contributing to the adoption of best practices in these areas; * Stay updated on technological advances related to their field of expertise to enhance professional competence and continuously propose improvements to equipment and processes; * Support their immediate supervisor on matters inherent to their area of responsibility, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions to be adopted. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields. * Specialization in Maintenance or Engineering; * Basic knowledge of Industrial Maintenance; * Familiarity with planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project); * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and equipment manuals; * Knowledge of failure analysis and reliability techniques (FMEA, RCM, RCA); * Familiarity with technical standards and maintenance best practices (NRs, ISO 55000, etc.). * Intermediate proficiency in SAP PM * Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** We are Cibra, one of Brazil’s largest and most innovative fertilizer companies.
