Job Summary: Ergonomic Physiotherapist responsible for ergonomic analyses, report preparation, training, and occupational health support in Uberaba/MG. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with multidisciplinary occupational health teams **ERGONOMIC PHYSIOTHERAPIST** *Confidential position at an Occupational Medicine clinic in Uberaba/MG* * **Location**: Uberaba/MG * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (44 hours/week) * **Employment Type**: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) **Remuneration**: *Company open to salary proposals* ➕ benefits ➕ production-based commission ➕ transportation allowance ➕ formal employment registration **Responsibilities**: * Conduct Ergonomic Work Analysis (EWA) in accordance with NR-17 * Prepare technical reports and ergonomic assessments * Identify and evaluate physical, cognitive, and psychosocial risks in the workplace * Develop ergonomic adaptation action plans * Deliver lectures, training sessions, and ergonomic guidance * Conduct technical visits to client companies * Collaborate with SESMT (Specialized Service in Safety Engineering and Occupational Medicine) and other occupational health professionals * Contribute to injury prevention and quality-of-life promotion programs at work * Support process improvement, workstation optimization, and labor organization projects **Requirements**: * Completed degree in Physiotherapy (active CREFITO registration) * Completed or ongoing Ergonomics course * Driver’s license, Category B * Availability for short trips * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Experience in EWA is considered a plus **Behavioral Profile**: * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organized and detail-oriented * Proactive * Analytical ability * Consultative and technical demeanor * Ability to effectively engage with companies and multidisciplinary teams Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$3.500,00 – R$4.500,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Company mobile phone * Health and commercial discount agreements * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Company vehicle
