Shall we go forward—together?! **Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking a motivated and proactive Route Analyst to join our team. If you are passionate about logistics, possess strong analytical skills, and enjoy working collaboratively, this could be the ideal opportunity for you! In this dynamic role, your main responsibilities will include: * Morning Stand-up Meetings: You will participate in daily meetings with the Route Delivery team, closely monitoring fleet release and ensuring everything is ready for the day. * Analysis and Planning: Analyze relevant KPIs and plan daily routes focused on daily objectives, optimizing logistics processes. * Carrier Interface: Attend weekly meetings with carriers, acting as the liaison between them, customers, and the sales department. Your mission will be to ensure deliveries are executed with quality in the market. * Weekly Roadshow Meetings: Lead regular meetings with the Roadshow team to promote alignment and operational efficiency. * SAV/SAC Request Resolution: Be responsible for resolving open service requests within your area, ensuring agile and effective support. * Delivery Quality Monitoring: Track return rates and productivity metrics for products delivered in the market, consistently maintaining high-quality standards. You will receive weekly instructions regarding your work routines and will have support from team supervisors as well as guidance from the coordinator.
