**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** Smurfit Westrock, one of the world’s largest companies in the paper and packaging sector, is seeking a professional to join our Administrative Team in the Occupational Health and Safety Department at our Uberaba\-MG facility, in an on\-site format. The professional will be responsible for supporting the monitoring of departmental activities, contributing to process efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** 1\. Distribute personal protective equipment (PPE) to employees to ensure PPE records remain up\-to\-date; 2\. Routinely monitor PPE control records to verify compliance with safety management requirements; 3\. Monitor onboarding processes to collect signatures from new employees and ensure admission documentation is properly completed; 4\. Periodically complete RM forms to withdraw PPE from the warehouse, maintaining adequate equipment stock levels to facilitate distribution to employees; 5\. Provide periodic support to ensure the department remains consistently available to employees; 6\.
