




Job Summary: An accounting firm is hiring an Accounting Assistant to perform accounting entries, classifications, reconciliations, prepare reports, and support auxiliary obligations. Support in accounting office routines and obligations **Accounting Firm Hiring Accounting Assistant:** * Accounting entries (revenues, expenses, provisions, and adjustments); * Classification and verification of fiscal and accounting documents; * Bank and accounting reconciliations; * Client support for accounting reconciliation; * Verification of incoming and outgoing fiscal invoices; * Preparation of trial balances, income statements (DRE), and accounting reports; * Organization and control of physical and digital files; * Support in basic client requests; * Submission of auxiliary obligations (ECD, ECF, DEFIS, DCTF, REINF, installment plans, among others); * Meeting deadlines and supporting accounting office routines; * Fulfilling tasks assigned by the Accounting Analyst; **Required Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting office is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Communication skills. * Attention to detail and concentration. * Ability and willingness to learn. * Enthusiasm for new challenges. * Good interpersonal skills and teamwork. * Advantage: Mario Monteiro/Dominio proficiency. **Benefits:** * Salary negotiable. * Meal voucher. * Transportation allowance. * Dental plan. * Birthday gift voucher. * Life insurance.
