Production Supervisor

Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning and executing production, managing inventory, documentation, raw material demand, and leading the production team to ensure quality. Key Highlights: 1. Production team leadership and training 2. Production management and inventory control 3. Monitoring of good practices and equipment maintenance Plan and execute production, ensuring minimum finished goods inventory levels are maintained. Record Manufacturing and Packaging Orders in the system and appropriate forms, processing yields or losses. Review and archive all documentation related to Manufacturing and Packaging Orders. Identify and generate raw material and packaging purchase demand based on minimum finished goods inventory levels. Lead, guide, and train production line employees to ensure effective productivity and production quality. Monitor team activities to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices manuals. Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment.
