We are looking for a **Junior Commercial Analyst** to join our team. This professional will be responsible for supporting Commercial routines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze and monitor commercial indicators (sales, targets, performance); * Support the definition of commercial strategies and sales initiatives; * Monitor the sales funnel and the commercial team’s performance; * Provide the sales team with information and analysis support; * Assist in preparing commercial proposals and pricing; * Availability for seasonal travel. **We Are Looking For Someone With:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields; * Experience in the commercial area or data analysis; * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced); * Familiarity with CRM and BI tools is a plus; * Analytical mindset, organized approach, and strong communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of accounting, tax, or fiscal areas; * Experience in B2B software or technology sales; * Knowledge of consultative selling techniques; * Experience using CRM; * Knowledge of sales funnels and commercial indicators; * Experience in prospecting and negotiating with companies.
