Cost optimization and operational efficiency **Position Summary** We are seeking a **Purchaser** responsible for the procurement process, with a focus on the MRO category for the industrial sector. This professional will work closely with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments to ensure the optimal balance among cost, quality, and agility in meeting operational demands. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Execute the procurement process, focusing on the MRO category. * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, commercial terms, and service contracts with suppliers. * Evaluate, qualify, and develop suppliers to ensure reliability and technical compliance. * Issue purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and ensure adherence to deadlines, specifications, and technical requirements. * Monitor maintenance costs, identifying opportunities for reduction, optimization, and efficiency gains. * Support the maintenance department in analyzing budgets, technical reports, and repair requirements. * Maintain up-to-date registrations, reports, KPIs, and databases for parts and suppliers. * Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and corporate compliance standards. **Requirements** * Prior experience in procurement, preferably in the MRO (industrial) segment; * Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with suppliers and requesting departments; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems. **Working Hours: Business Hours** Salary: R$ 3\.659,33 \+ benefits**Benefits:*** Meal Voucher * Food Allowance; \- Medical Assistance \- Family Plan;* Dental Assistance; * Transportation Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Day Off (One day off in your birthday month)
