Job Summary: Ensure the reliability of accounting and financial information, guaranteeing legal compliance and supporting management decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Activities involving analysis and reconciliation of accounting and financial accounts. 2. Preparation of financial statements and reports to support decision-making. 3. Supporting audits and implementing internal controls. **Purpose of the Position** Ensure the reliability of accounting and financial information, guaranteeing legal compliance and supporting management decision-making. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\) Classify, reconcile, and analyze accounting accounts related to assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses. 2\) Prepare, review, and post accounting entries in accordance with current legislation and internal policies. 3\) Calculate and verify direct and indirect taxes (IRPJ, CSLL, PIS/COFINS, ICMS, ISS, and other applicable taxes). 4\) Support the preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, accounting cash flow statement) and audit reports. 5\) Perform accounting and financial reconciliations for accounts payable, accounts receivable, investments, loans, and other transactions. 6\) Validate accounting records related to movements of assets, services, contracts, and operational costs. 7\) Ensure the integrity of accounting information aligned with financial and tax records. 8\) Support monthly and annual accounting closings, ensuring deadlines and information quality. 9\) Prepare comparative analyses between budgeted vs. actual results, highlighting variances and justifications. 10\) Produce accounting and managerial reports to support decision-making. 11\) Ensure adherence to internal accounting policies, CPC/IFRS standards, and legal requirements. 12\) Support internal and external audits by providing information, reconciliations, and evidence of controls. 13\) Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate fiscal, financial, and accounting risks. 14\) Interact with Finance, Tax, Controller, Legal, and other departments for information validation. 15\) Provide technical support to partner departments regarding accounting questions and guidance. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in the field * Active CRC registration **Desirable Qualifications:** * Five or more years of experience in the role * IFRS certification (International Financial Reporting Standards) * ECD and ECF certifications **Behavioral Competencies We Seek:** * Sense of Urgency * Logical Reasoning * Multitasking * Resilience * Interpersonal Skills * Influence * Communication Awareness * Self-Motivation * Critical Analytical Ability * Organization and Idea Presentation * Priority Management * Risk Awareness * Results Orientation * Methodical Approach * High Concentration **Technical Competencies We Seek:** * Written Fluency * Verbal Fluency * Text Interpretation \- Reading and Listening * Basic Didactics * Proficiency in Commercial Mathematics * Medium-Complexity Negotiation * Proficiency in Data Analysis and Processing Tools * KPI Management * ERP Key User * Advanced Office Suite * Knowledge of Accounting Legislation * Proficiency in the Validator and Signer Program (PVA) * Proficiency in IRPJ/CSLL (Provision and Calculation) * Knowledge of External Auditing
