Job Summary: An accounting professional to perform reconciliations, tax calculations, asset management, and managerial analyses, aiming to optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Perform monthly accounting reconciliations 2. Calculate and analyze taxes (Real Profit and Presumed Profit) 3. Manage fixed assets and prepare LALUR **Responsibilities:** * Perform monthly accounting reconciliations, ensuring the reliability of balances and financial information; * Verify and record payroll, labor charges, and accounting provisions; * Calculate and analyze taxes under the Real Profit and Presumed Profit regimes; * Record accounting entries related to taxes, provisions, and various adjustments; * Reconcile balance sheet accounts, inventory, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank movements; * Manage fixed assets, including asset registration, depreciation calculation, and balance sheet reconciliations; * Monitor financial operations such as bank loans, interest, and contracts; * Prepare and maintain LALUR control for IRPJ and CSLL calculation; * Conduct managerial analyses through cost and expense allocation; * Perform system configurations and validations related to accounting routines; * Identify inconsistencies, propose improvements, and support the optimization of accounting and financial processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; * Prior experience in this role; * Knowledge of accounting principles and standards; * Proficiency in accounting reconciliations; * Experience with provisions and tax calculations; * Knowledge of fixed asset management and depreciation; * Ability to analyze financial statements; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. **Compensation:** * Salary negotiable; * On-site meal allowance with no deduction; * Meal voucher (average R$ 160.00); * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * Dental plan (Uniodonto); * Health plan (Unimed) after probation period; * Life insurance; * Tangará Club membership after probation period. **Working Hours:** 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM, Monday to Friday Compensation: R$4.000,00 - R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
