Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities and Duties * Manage your customer portfolio and build relationships aimed at generating revenue, safeguarding accounts, and elevating the satisfaction level of the TOTVS customer base regarding the AR’s performance against NPS metrics; * Manage the sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying business opportunities to ensure attainment of TOTVS’s established targets; * Monitor and maintain all data related to customer (companies/opportunities) journey updated in the CRM, including: records of commercial visits, activity follow-ups, and key events; * Anticipate and diagnose customer and prospect needs by understanding market/segment requirements and trends; * Facilitate resolution of customer and prospect requests by coordinating with relevant internal professionals or departments; * Handle leads generated by the Business and Prospecting team throughout the full sales cycle; * Record in the CRM and communicate to the Commercial Strategy/Operations and Segments team relevant information about market/portfolio; * Monitor the delivery cycle of products and services sold by TOTVS, supporting resolution of any issues that may arise; * Report pipeline and forecast in the CRM using the TOTVS Sells methodology, ensuring visibility into business potential; * Inform customers/prospects and ensure their participation in events/training sessions; * Stay current on industry trends, exploring new technology-driven business models; * Develop commercial approaches via cross-solutions tailored to target segments, enhancing customer/prospect perception of value for TOTVS products and services.
