Here, we believe strong relationships, transparency, and valuing people are foundational pillars for national development. ### **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor competitor product performance, preparing strategic reports and recommendations for the Intelligence and Sales departments. * Analyze target product results by region, proposing improvement actions based on sales data and alignment with the sales team. * Forecast service life of parts and components through technical visits to customers. * Support the sales team in identifying new solutions and commercial arguments, strengthening partnerships and expanding business opportunities. * Participate in field operations, providing technical support and identifying application opportunities for parts and components. * Deliver technical presentations to customers, promoting best practices and contributing to customer retention. * Conduct internal training sessions for the sales team on parts, contracts, and technical solutions. * Provide specialized technical support to internal and external customers, resolving complex issues. * Perform field measurements and tests, generating strategic data to enhance product performance.
