If this resonates with you, apply now and get to know us better! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Standardize and document processes (functions and activities), technically coordinate activities, and conduct diagnostics; * Support managers in process improvement projects and decision-making, ensuring analytical rigor and cross-departmental/system integration; * Perform duties aiming to achieve all goals defined for the role; * Structure project cash flow (Gross Development Value, sales curve, receivables curve); * Model costs (land, construction, marketing, indirect expenses, fees); * Simulate scenarios (optimistic, base, conservative); * Calculate feasibility indicators; * Attend 100% of trainings scheduled by the organization; * Safeguard and maintain company assets; * Understand the company’s vision and mission; * Comply with company and departmental regulatory standards; * Uphold ethics and discipline within the company; * Apply 5S practices; * Perform other tasks related to the above, as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Academic background: * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Production or Civil Engineering * Postgraduate degree in Processes and/or Projects is a plus Technical knowledge: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint * Behavioral skills: * Interpersonal relationship * Proactivity * Communication * Strong critical thinking **Additional Information** * Benefit card: R$ 519.00 * On-site lunch * Birthday day off * Wellhub ##### **Born from Agriculture, we at Ceres Investments relentlessly pursue integrated solutions for agribusiness.
