Empathetic and didactic communication with customers **Job Summary** Support the post-sales journey by serving as the main customer contact during product delivery and installation at the customer's residence. This role requires a balance between relationship management (60%) and technical/operational knowledge (40), emphasizing customer experience, guidance, and basic technical support during installation. **Main Responsibilities** * Contact the customer in advance to confirm the appointment and align expectations regarding installation. * Accompany installation either in person or remotely, ensuring the product is correctly configured and fully functional. * Explain technical terms in simple and accessible language. * Guide the customer on basic product usage and address questions. * Record incidents and feedback, and forward technical requests to the responsible team. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive experience before, during, and after installation. * Competencies and Soft Skills * Clear, empathetic, and didactic communication. * Patience when interacting with customers possessing varying levels of technical knowledge. * Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills. * Proactive attitude, organization, and focus on results and customer satisfaction. * Technical Knowledge and Requirements * Proficiency with technology and internal systems. * Basic understanding of technical terms related to installation. * Advanced engineering expertise is not required; however, comfort with basic troubleshooting is essential. * No age or gender restrictions. * Priority given to communicative, proactive candidates with experience in customer service, post-sales, or installation.
