




### **Main Activities** * **Prepare Ingredients** * Wash, peel, cut, and chop vegetables, fruits, and greens. * Separate meats and other foods according to the chef’s instructions. * **Assist in Meal Preparation** * Help assemble dishes, salads, and desserts. * Cook simple side dishes (rice, beans, pasta, etc.), if necessary. * **Organize the Work Environment** * Keep countertops, utensils, and equipment clean at all times. * Stock workstations with required ingredients and materials. * **Sanitation and Cleaning** * Wash dishes, pots, utensils, and surfaces. * Follow hygiene and food safety standards. * **Support Internal Service** * Restock food items at the buffet (in chains such as Divino Fogão). * Assist in monitoring waste and storing leftovers. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
