The professional will monitor attendance, supervise youth, ensure discipline, represent the institution, plan lessons, and deliver educational content.

Responsibilities and Duties
Monitor daily attendance of youth and students, recording absences, justified absences, and medical certificates in official systems or forms, daily.
Conduct proactive outreach and follow-up with absent youth, contacting them directly to prevent dropout, guide participants, and document interactions.
Ensure compliance with coexistence and discipline rules in the classroom, such as uniform usage, punctuality, and appropriate behavior, daily.
Represent the institution in internal and external activities, safeguarding the institutional environment—physical and digital—and upholding institutional identity.
Communicate relevant information and guidance to learners regarding daily educational activities, daily.
Plan and develop lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the educational calendar and curriculum contents.
Deliver in-person and/or online classes, ensuring implementation of module-specific content, daily.
Administer assessments, practical activities, and research tasks to monitor youth and student performance, daily.
Record assessment results and pedagogical follow-up data in institutional systems, whenever necessary.
Organize and conduct complementary and socioemotional activities to promote holistic development of youth and students, daily.
Document and record pedagogical and complementary actions for monitoring and institutional dissemination purposes, whenever necessary.
Substitute instructors in other classes or modules upon request from educational leadership, whenever necessary.
Propose, organize, and conduct extra activities—such as lectures, mentoring sessions, workshops, or external classes—to broaden youth and student development, whenever necessary.
Strictly adhere to the educational calendar, ensuring fulfillment of scheduled hours, modules, and projects, daily.
Record disciplinary and behavioral incidents, adopting preventive and educational approaches to improve the learning environment, whenever necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications
Completed Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or related fields.
Classroom and EAD (distance learning) teaching experience.
Proficiency with technology.
Employment Type: Permanent CLT Contract
Compensation: R$26.11 per hour
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 16 hours per week
