We Build Futures.”* **Responsibilities and Duties** The External Teacher Support Assistant (3-month contract) will strategically promote and monitor the National Textbook Program (PNLD) within the public education network. This role strengthens relationships with school administrators (principals, pedagogical coordinators, and teachers), ensuring proximity, credibility, and effective adoption of FTD Educação’s educational solutions. * Conduct in-person and remote visits to public schools and education secretariats to present PNLD textbooks and solutions. * Maintain ongoing relationships with principals, pedagogical coordinators, and teachers, serving as FTD’s regional reference point. * Support the textbook selection process by providing clear, up-to-date, and FNDE/MEC-aligned information. * Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for action within each territory. * Organize and report activities in the CRM system to ensure tracking and predictability of initiatives. * Collaborate closely with consultants and managers to meet targets established in the PNLD calendar.
