We are seeking a professional to develop preliminary physical schedules that will serve as the basis for construction contracting. The work starts from technical documents (terms of reference/scopes) and requires a profile that goes far beyond operating MS Project: it is necessary to understand scope, construction sequencing, assumptions, and productivity in order to estimate deadlines coherently and traceably. You will engage with a wide variety of projects (different disciplines and complexities) and will be responsible for transforming scopes into consistent schedules—including critical path, predecessors, and milestones—supported by explicit assumptions. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop preliminary physical schedules based on existing technical scopes. * Define WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), activities, durations, assumed resources, and coherent predecessor relationships. * Build schedules with construction logic (mobilization, procurement, execution, commissioning, demobilization, etc., where applicable). * Establish and document productivity assumptions and constraints (operational windows, interferences, phases, access, approvals). * Identify critical path, key milestones, and schedule risks; propose alternative sequencing options when appropriate. * Support the team in standardizing models, productivity libraries, and templates. * Participate in technical alignment meetings with internal teams to clarify scope-related questions and ensure consistency. **Requirements** * Proven experience in planning and developing construction schedules (not merely monitoring). * Proficiency in MS Project (WBS structuring, baselines, predecessors, critical path, filters, reports). * Ability to read and interpret technical scopes and translate them into structured schedules. * Excellent organization and clarity in documenting assumptions and ensuring traceability of planning decisions. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with construction in complex environments (ongoing operations, time restrictions, interferences). * Planning based on productivity indices and crew composition. * Familiarity with budgeting/estimating (to understand the relationship between schedule, mobilization, and productivity). * Advanced Power BI/Excel for schedule analysis and data consolidation. **Behavioral Profile** * Logical and structured thinking * Analytical and inquisitive attitude: identifies scope gaps and flags necessary assumptions. * Objective communication: can clearly explain why a deadline is what it is (and what could change it). * Technical autonomy and accountability. ⸻ **COMPENSATION** Per internal policy, the salary range for this position is not disclosed during the initial stage of the process.
