




Description: Education: * High school diploma (preferably pursuing a higher education degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or Administration). Desirable Skills: * Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Strong writing and written communication skills; * Knowledge of institutional communication, internal marketing, and customer service; * Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, CorelDraw, Photoshop) is desirable. Experience: * Prior experience in administrative routines and/or communication areas is desirable, preferably in service companies, concessionaires, or public agencies. Provide administrative and operational support to the activities of the Communication department of the concessionaire, contributing to the execution of internal, external, and institutional communication actions, ensuring compliance with image standards, transparency, and engagement with internal audiences, highway users, and other stakeholders. Main Responsibilities: * Assist in the creation, review, and dissemination of internal announcements, educational campaigns, and institutional information related to highway operations; * Support the updating of bulletin boards, posters, intranet, and other internal communication channels; * Assist in organizing and monitoring events, awareness campaigns, and social initiatives conducted in communities adjacent to the highway; * Manage and record communication requests, budgets, material orders, and monitor suppliers and service providers for the area; * Support the collection and organization of data and information for communication reports, performance indicators, and reporting to the concessionaire and regulatory agencies (e.g.: ANTT, DER, ARTESP, etc.); * Contribute to managing promotional materials, uniforms, and corporate gifts, ensuring proper use of brand and visual identity; * Assist in updating content on digital channels (website, social media, newsletters, etc.), following guidance from the communication team; * Maintain organized and up-to-date files, photo records, and image databases; * Provide general administrative support to the department (invoice processing, payment tracking, purchase requests, spreadsheets, and reports); * Occasional travel to support events and activities at toll plazas and nearby communities; * Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Social Responsibility and Institutional Relations, and Human Resources departments. 2510250202201831121
