**Job Description:** ---------------------- Act as the regional technical reference, connecting science, field operations, and strategy to strengthen the positioning of the Allterra portfolio and support commercial teams, customers, and partners in generating sustainable and high-productivity results. Key responsibilities: Serve as the technical reference for farmers, consultants, distributors, and the commercial team; Support the technical positioning of products and demand generation in the region; Plan and conduct field experiments and technical validations; Analyze results and translate technical data into strategic recommendations; Train commercial teams, distribution channels, and farmers on products and applications; Support field days, technical visits, and the opening of new business opportunities; Consolidate regional information and indicators to support commercial and agronomic decision-making; Strengthen relationships with customers, researchers, and strategic partners in the region. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree in Agricultural/Agronomic Engineering Specialization in Microbiology and/or Soil Fertility Master’s degree and/or Ph.D. in Microbiology or Soil Fertility is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Teams); Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in CDM-related roles.
