We are collaborating with a leading Portuguese company in the **retail** sector, present in Portugal and Spain. Within this context, we are seeking someone with **energy, responsibility, and motivation** to assume the role of **KUBERNETES / OPENSHIFT PLATFORM ENGINEER**, as part of one of the initiatives we are driving with this client. In this project, the person joining the team will work **remotely** with colleagues from FCamara and the Client based in Portugal. **Responsibilities and Duties** This person will be responsible for **participating in infrastructure modernization efforts supporting our Client’s business applications.** **Requirements and Qualifications** For this position, we seek someone with **at least 5 years of experience** in similar roles. You are the right candidate if you meet these **mandatory requirements**: * Practical experience with container and orchestration technologies, such as Kubernetes; * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools and GitOps tools such as Argo CD; * Knowledge or experience with cloud providers, preferably Azure or GCP; * Knowledge or experience with monitoring and observability stacks, such as Grafana and Prometheus; * Knowledge or experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices and tools such as Terraform and Crossplane; * Knowledge or experience with Linux, TCP/IP, networking services, and security; * Ability to work collaboratively with a product mindset: * Developing platform infrastructure services; * Designing and implementing infrastructure services as products; * Automating the development lifecycle of infrastructure products. and we will view very favorably candidates who also meet these **preferred requirements**: * CKA or Openshift certification; **Beyond technical knowledge, we also expect a collaborative profile and strong teamwork skills:** * Ability to understand requirements and technical solutions; * Strong communication skills; * Critical thinking and focus on continuous improvement; * Strong delivery orientation with commitment to deadlines and objectives. **Additional Information** This is a **fully remote** position, working with Client teams based in **Portugal**, and is **specifically for candidates residing in Brazil** (in any city or state).
