JOB MISSION
The professional is responsible for ensuring the execution of predictive, preventive, and corrective electroelectronic maintenance activities, guaranteeing operational continuity of the manufacturing process, equipment reliability, operational safety, and technical support to the maintenance team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, assign, and monitor the execution of electroelectronic maintenance services on machines, equipment, and industrial systems, according to operational demands.
Perform technical diagnostics and failure analysis on electroelectronic machines, equipment, and systems, proposing corrective and preventive solutions.
Inspect, supervise, and, when necessary, perform maintenance services on machines, equipment, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and electromechanical installations and components.
Monitor and perform, where applicable, replacement and adjustment of mechanical components associated with equipment, such as bearings, seals, gears, transmission belts, and conveyor belts.
Standardize, review, and optimize maintenance processes and routines, promoting technical training and practical guidance for the team.
Monitor and support the execution of approved operational improvement, automation, and equipment reliability projects.
Monitor and ensure compliance with operational and safety procedures, including Risk Analysis and Prevention Tasks (ARPTs), Work Orders, Daily Safety Talks (DDS), and other internal controls.
Perform operational management of the team, including shift monitoring, time sheets, and daily activity direction.
Map maintenance demands to compose and prioritize the backlog, ensuring alignment with production needs.
Specify materials, components, and technical resources required to carry out maintenance activities.
Ensure proper use, cleaning, preservation, and availability of tools and instruments in the area.
Serve as a technical reference for supporting and guiding the electrical maintenance team.
Perform complementary activities necessary to maintain equipment operational continuity, including, when required, refueling forklifts with LPG, in accordance with current safety procedures and regulations.
Comply with and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations, safeguarding people's integrity and process integrity.
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Requirements
**Education:**
Completed Technical Course in Electrotechnology, Electronics, Electroelectronics, or Electromechanics.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields is desirable. Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial electroelectronic maintenance.
Experience in technical supervision of teams and organization of maintenance routines.
Differentiators
Experience in fertilizer, chemical, or continuous industrial process industries.
Knowledge of industrial automation, frequency inverters, PLCs, and instrumentation.
Valid NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-33, and NR\-35 certifications.

**Work Location:** Tupaciguara/MG Factory (Company provides free transportation for employees from Uberlândia/MG.)
**Employment Type:** Permanent CLT Contract
**Working Hours:** 07:00 \- 11:30 / 12:40 \- 16:00
**Shift Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, with one monthly Saturday off, combined with Sunday, per scheduled rotation.
