If this profile resonates with you, take a look at what we have to offer! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive materials, verifying specifications, values, and quantities against the purchase order to ensure alignment between request and delivery; * Verify that the material’s invoice matches the purchase order to prevent errors when recording invoices in the administrative system; * Monitor material inflows and outflows from inventory, ensuring order balances are maintained; * Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material deliveries per purchase orders; * Manage equipment and material distribution to employees according to Material Requisition forms, and track equipment returns at the end of each day; * Organize material inventories and manage leased equipment; * Perform other duties related to the position as requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Must reside in Uberaba. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance; * Medical and dental insurance plans; * Gympass membership. **The moment to look toward the new.
