Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, engaged, and innovative Civil Engineering student with strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented mindset to support quality assurance on construction sites and actively contribute to the team. Opportunity for learning and growth We are looking for a candidate residing in Uberaba/MG currently pursuing a Civil Engineering degree. If you possess strong interpersonal skills, are communicative, comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams, demonstrate ownership mentality and results orientation, and are proactive, engaged, and innovative — join the BILD team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct regular inspections at construction sites to ensure compliance with established quality specifications. * Assist in collecting samples and performing construction material tests, such as concrete and steel, among others. * Monitor and document progress of construction activities, identifying and recording any deviations from the project plans. * Collaborate in identifying non-conformities and support implementation of corrective actions. * Participate in team meetings to discuss quality-related topics and propose process improvements. * Contribute to preparing quality control reports, consolidating relevant information and suggesting preventive measures. * Support management of documents and records related to quality control. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering program; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with AutoCAD. **Additional Information** **We are not limited to cement, glass, and steel!** We are not afraid to try, to take risks, and if we make mistakes, we do not let them shake us — instead, we seize them as learning opportunities, thus becoming who we are.
